Return and Exchange Policy

No Returns for Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for makeup products if you have simply changed your mind or no longer want the item.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a makeup product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange for a defective or damaged product, please provide the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective or damaged product and its packaging.


Return Process: If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items:

All makeup products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. This policy ensures the safety and hygiene of all our products.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
